My name is Renaldi Swindon, and I am proud to be a passionate educator and devoted mother of three. My journey in education has always been guided by a deep love for children and a strong desire to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Teaching, to me, is more than just a profession—it is a calling. I believe that every child is unique and deserves a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment in which to learn and grow. My approach focuses on understanding each learner’s individual needs, building confidence, and fostering a lifelong love for learning.

This year, I was honoured with the opportunity to become the manager and owner of Rainbow Ridge Farm Academy. This has allowed me to create a space where education goes beyond academics—where children are supported emotionally, and holistically.

This journey has not been without it's challenges.

Despite these, I will continue to rise each day with unwavering strength, determinationand passion.

My commitment to my three children, my learners, and our community remains steadfast. I lead with kindness, resilience and a deep belief that every child deserves a fair chance to succeed.

Rainbow Ridge Farm Academy is more than a school — We are a place of hope, care, safety and opportunity.
